Cancellation Policy

Clients have a 24 hour period prior to their appointment to cancel for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window are NON-refundable.

All clients must be present via zoom or FaceTime on time with a 15-minute grace period. After said grace period the appointment is cancelled and NON-refundable.

key to healing has the right to cancel any appointment at any time and will reach out via email to do so. Clients will receive a full refund.
